Dear "Customer"In response to your request for a custom tour, we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
In order to request a
customized tour, a fee of $200 will be required. The fee will be refunded upon travel of the tour.
Custom tours take time to research and money to produce, and a custom tour is going to cost your traveler
more than our standard program. In consideration of time and costs, please be sure you have the answers to the following questions:
1. Have you personally reviewed the standard itinerary with your tour host?
2. Have you explained to the tour host that any deviation or customization of the tour is going to cost more than the standard
tour? The fact is more travelers will go if you hold the cost to a minimum.
3. Have you explained to the tour host that the standard tour is designed the way it is because of refinement from touring tens of thousands
of travelers?
4. Are you competing against another tour company for this group?
Once you have the answer to the above questions, we need the following information:
A per person budget $__________? Total for air, land and cruise if applicable.
How many travelers are firmly committed to taking the customized tour, knowing that is going to cost more?
If you have a specific itinerary you would like us to cost, send us a day by day itinerary of every item you want included. This includes but not limited to level of hotel, number of daily meals, specific
attractions and activities. We need to know as much detail about your requirements as possible.
Travel dates, we need to know what your first and second choice of travel dates are?
How many
tour conductor (frees) do you want costed in the tour? (1 for 5, 1 for 10, etc.) Tour Conductor Trips are costed in from the gateway airport.
All pricing will be net pricing, which means you will have
to determine your profit margin (commission) and selling price.
It will take a minimum of two (2) work weeks to process your custom tour request
All custom tour requests must be made in writing with answer to all the above questions.
